Apart from using Goal Sound IDs and Awakenings, the other best way to look cool on the pitch and show your superiority over other enemies in Blue Lock Rivals is to use Chemical Reactions with other players. They are not only cool moves with cutscenes to look fabulous, but also provide you with a free goal and make space for you to move upward in the field. So, if you are unaware of how to perform chemical reactions or the styles eligible, here is a detailed list.
What are the various Chemical Reactions in Blue Lock Rivals?
As of now, there are three Chemical Reactions in Blue Lock Rivals, which are mentioned below. But, before learning those, please remember that either you or your friend are required to equip the prescribed playing Style to perform these moves. Otherwise, you have to rely on some random player on the server having this style and to using a chemical reaction in a match, which is unreliable.
Sae X Shidou
- For this, a Sae Player must use their Perfect Pass ability, pass the ball to the Shidou while he uses the Dragon Drive Ball to leap up in the air, and shoot the ball directly towards the goal.
NEL Bachira X Otoya
- The Otoya Style player must be near a NEL Bachira player. Use the Stealthy Steps ability at the same time the NEL Bachira user must use their Roulette ability (Smash Pass) to trigger the Monster Pass Cutscene with Otaya shooting at the end.
Hiori X NEL Isagi
- To perform the chemical reaction, the Hiori User must use the Laser ability to pass the ball to the NEL Isagi user, who should press the Lefty Shot while receiving it to trigger the special chemical reaction cutscene.
What is a Chemical Reaction in Blue Lock Rivals?
A chemical reaction is a unique combination of abilities between two styles that can be activated if you meet the required conditions. You can compare this to the Team-Up ability from the popular Marvel Rivals experience, where certain characters can perform unique moves upon fulfilling certain conditions. Usually, the result of a Chemical Reaction is either gaining space on the field or a free goal!
