What are the various Weather Types in Grow A Garden?

As of now, there are 12 different weather and events in Grow A Garden, and you can find details about them below.

Black Hole

The Black Hole is an Admin Event in Grow A Garden, which means it does not spawn naturally in the game and can only be triggered by an admin randomly. When activated, a large black hole appears in the sky, pulling all crops, fruits, and even players toward it. During this time, all the fruits that were pulled towards the Black Hole will get the Void Touched Mutation. This is the most sought-after mutation in the entire game as it increases the crop price up to x197 times its initial base value, making it the most valuable mutation in the game.

Tornado

The Tornado is also an Admin Event in Grow A Garden that can be triggered at any time by a developer. Initially, it was added to the Grow A Garden Test Servers during the Cosmetic Updates, where it behaved and worked like regular weather, system, similar to sunny, rainy, or snowy conditions. However, in the current version, it is an admin-triggered event. During a Tornado event, you will find a large white spinning Tornado that can go through any part of your garden and the playing area. Plants and Crops that come into contact with the Tornado at this time will acquire the Twisted Mutation, which increases the crop's price up to x5 and gives it a white, smoky aura.

Swarm Event

The Swarm Event is part of the Bizzy Bees Update, where every hour, dozens of Bees will visit your farm and approach all your plants and fruits. Any crop that comes into contact with the Bees will receive the Pollinated Mutation, which triples the plant's value to its original base value. This is an exclusive, free way of obtaining the Pollinated Mutation, apart from using pets acquired through the Bee Eggs available for purchase from the Honey Shop.

Sunny

Sunny Weather is the default climatic condition in Grow A Garden, and it does not provide any special buffs or mutations to your garden.

Rain

Indicative of its name, your entire server will be flooded with water, with Rain pouring over the area. The best part is that all of your crops growing in the garden will get the WET Mutation, increasing their value by two. Speaking about the chances, there is always a 50% chance for you to get the Rain Weather on your server. Additionally, the rainy weather usually lasts for 5 minutes until the Seed Shop is restocked with new plants.

Thunderstorm

Similar to Rain, there is always a 50% chance of experiencing thunderstorm weather. During this time, there will be heavy Rain on the server, and your plants will get the WET Mutation. Additionally, there will be heavy lightning at random locations. If one of your crops gets hit by such a thunderstorm, you will get the Shocked Mutation, which increases the price of any crop by 50. You can expect lightning every 4 to 5 seconds, and the entire weather event will last around 1 minute.

Snow

The Snow is a newly added Weather type in Grow A Garden that covers the entire server with Snow and makes the player appear cold or freezing. Additionally, it applies the Chilled Mutation to the crops and fruits growing in your garden. This is similar to the WET Mutation, which increases your crop amount by a factor of 2. There is also another Mutation called the Frozen one that can be applied to your crops if they were already wet before getting chilled. This is a significantly more valuable Mutation, increasing your crop value by ten times.

Blood Moon

The Blood Moon is a unique Event that has a chance of occurring every 3 hours in the game at night. During this event, the entire lobby will be red, and your crops will have a chance of getting the Bloodlit Mutation, which will increase the crop value by x4.

Lunar Moon

The Lunar Moon is an event or weather type that occurs every hour of the game. During this event, the entire lobby will turn into a night, and the crops in your garden will have a chance of getting the Moonlit Mutation that increases your crop value by x2.

Meteor Shower

Indicative of its name, the entire lobby will have meteor showers falling from the sky. If one of your crops gets struck by it, you will have a chance of getting the Celestial Mutation, which is considered the best Mutation of the experience, as it increases your base price up to x120 times. Also, you can get the Staff Caller item to increase your chance of getting the Celestial Mutation.

Sheckle Rain

The Sheckle Rain is also an Admin-triggered event/weather, where the entire server turns yellow, and sheckles/coins fall from the sky. Nobody knows when this event will be triggered or when it will appear during the game. Remember, the Sheckle Rain does not provide any Mutation to the Crops.

Disco Event

The Disco is one of the rarest events in Grow A Garden, as it has only appeared a few times. This event provides the Disco Mutation to your crops in the garden, which increases the price of the crop by up to 125 times. You can quickly identify this event as your character will start dancing along with a Disco Ball hovering over the center of the screen. Follow the Weather Update Channel on the Grow a Garden Channel to know the next Disco Event.

How to Spawn a Particular Weather in Grow A Garden

As of now, the server automatically switches all the Weather in Grow A Garden. There are no special gamepass items or unique items in the experience itself that allow you to switch the Weather with the help of a button. I sincerely hope that the developers themselves add some sort of items that help them to change instead of relying on luck.

However, certain items in the game can help you benefit from a particular Weather. For instance, the Lightning Rod item can redirect the lightning during a Thunderstorm Weather to the crops, allowing you to definitely get the Shocked Mutation instead of relying on luck.
