All Star Tower Defense (ASTD) PVP mode is a different ball game compared to the story or infinite game modes, as it involves you battling out against other talented players in real-time. You will need a great set of characters in your loadout to match and win against your opponents, as you do not know what your enemy may pull out from the 100+ different characters. Units like True Evil, DemonLord Waifu, and Octo The Greedy are good against any team, but other characters can provide tough competition, too.

When can you start playing PVP?

You can start playing PVP mode after reaching a minimum of level 15.

16	Red Servant (Final)	6	The Special Sword Blocker ability by Red Servant can prevent enemies from entering any area for up to 28 seconds.
15	Octo The Greedy	6	Like Speedwagon, Octo can generate nearly 150K money per wave. Also, Octo has the Cash Out ability to collect the stored money.
14	Humble-Swordman (Awoken)	6	Enemies affected by his sunburn damage will suffer an 18% reduction in speed. Also, he can provide a 15% attack boost to mutilate-type units if equipped as captain.
13	Jokatu Koju IV	6	Upon upgrading to level 2, Koju will obtain the Timestop ability. Using this ability, he can manually stop all the enemies within his range for 5 seconds.
12	Black Stache (Timeskip)	6	Unlike Ikki, Black Stache can slow enemies x2 their original speed without any Orb. The only downside is it cannot target air troops and is only suitable for ground troops.
11	Jeff (CEO)	6	Speedwagon or Jeff is the best money unit in the game. At the max upgrade level, he will provide nearly 150K money per wave.
10	Nezichi (Awakened)	6	One of the best characters to inflict raw and burn-based damage. Her range is quite good compared to other burn-style units.
9	Dark (Yami)	6	Yami is an insane tower for delivering raw damage, as the unit can suffer nearly 40 Million burn damage over 20 ticks.
8	Red Eye Warrior Paths (Six Paths Obito)	6	Obito has the largest circle AoE range, as well as the highest damage numbers for the Black Flame skill (up to 34 million).
7	Borul (SUPA III)	7	Borul Supa III currently holds the third-highest DPS number in the game, inflicting more than a million damage per second.

3	Metal Freezer (Meta-Cooler)	7	Metal Freezer is the best air unit due to his cloning ability, which allows him to duplicate a clone of himself with 22 million HP on any path.
2	Devil (Diavolo)	7	Bleed damage numbers in the millions, and can use his special Erased ability to stop time for 15 seconds, reduce the health of all enemies to 65%, and teleport them to their last corner.
1	Stampede (Mob)	7	Stampede is the best tower in the game due to its insane Esper Rage that deals more than 7.5 Billion damage to all the enemy units on the map at a single instance. There is no unit in the game that can withstand such a huge amount of damage.
