Players must finish all six NPC quests, catch a Dobhar & find the family heirloom to finish the Dullahan Haunted Mansion quest in FischFright 3. Completing it rewards the player with the Fable Rose item required to perform Rituals at the cemetery.
To get your hands on the Fable Rose, players must complete the Dullahan Quest offered at the Haunted Mansion. However, this isn't a single quest but a series that revolves around fulfilling the requirements of the NPCs living inside the Mansion. How to start the Dullahan Haunted Mansion Quest in FischFright 3
To start the Dullahan Quest, meet the NPC at GPS (-15028.6, 267.7, -9919.3), standing at the entrance to the Haunted Mansion at the back of Caustic Haunted Island. Speak with him, and he will ask you to address the grievances of all the people (6 NPCs) living inside the Mansion, find his family heirloom, and catch a Dobhar. After speaking with him, meet each NPC, starting with Butler Bartholomew in the Kitchen behind the Dullahan NPC.
Butler Bartholomew NPC Quest
The first NPC you will meet inside the Mansion is Butler Bartholomew, standing at the entrance of the Kitchen at GPS (-15031.2, 267.7, -9954.9). Interact with him, and he will ask you to catch 5 Cobweb Cod. This is pretty easy: you can catch the fish by fishing in any of the exclusive Frightful pools or by trick-or-treating on the Island. If you're fishing, I recommend the following conditions.

Chef Ghoulash NPC Quest
You can locate the Ghoulash NPC standing on the left side of the same room as the Butler at GPS (-15050.0, 267.8, -9982.2). This NPC will ask you to get x3 Fraken Flounder & x3 Gargoyle Grouper for his Kitchen. Both are relatively simple fish you can catch at Caustic Hollow if you fish under the ideal conditions mentioned.

Maid Marrow NPC Quest
Right outside the Kitchen, you can find the Maid Marrow standing in the corner of the room (-15104.0, 267.7, -9931.2). Apparently, she would require x8 Decayed Dace to make the house smell much better than before. Like the previous one, this is another easy fish you can catch by fishing on FischFright 3 Island or through Trick or Treat.

Lady Lenore NPC Quest
Instead of going right to enter the Kitchen, look opposite the Dullahan NPC to find Lady Lenore (-15066.5, 267.7, -9907.5). She has a pretty simple request: find 1 Shiny Headless Halibut. You can easily catch a Headless Halibut at Caustic Hallow under the following ideal conditions.

After you catch one, go to the Appraiser next to the Merchant at the start of town, near the Pumpkin King. Keep appraising the Headless Halibut until you get the Shiny Attribute.
Portrait of Percival NPC Quest
For the next one, go up the stairs and turn left to find the Portrait of Percival NPC on the left wall (-15075.2, 291.5, -9931.6). To make him happy, you need 3 Haunted Haddock & 1 Jack-o-Angler. Both are low-rarity rewards you can easily get via Trick or Treat. If you are still unlucky and don't find these fish during your visits, you can also try catching them under the given conditions.

Nanny Nocturne NPC Quest
Right opposite the Portrait of Percival, you can find the Nanny Nocturne (-15037.6, 291.5, -9927.5). Her demand is simple: catch 15 FischFright fishes. So, get your perfect rod out and reel in 15 fishes from the Caustic Hallow Island or any Frightful Pool.
How to get the Dullahan's Heirloom in FischFright 3
You can find the Dullahan's Heirloom on the bed on the first floor of the Haunted Mansion. After climbing the stairs, turn right to find the room and the Heirloom inside it at GPS (-15054.7, 291.5, -9970.3). Pick it up and return to the NPC to finish this part of the quest.
How to catch a Dobhar in FischFright 3
The final part of the quest requires you to catch the Dobhar creature. This Frightful Pool-exclusive fish spawns in open water. So, wait for a Doomed, Grim, or Eldritch pool to spawn in the lobby (check global chat). Once it does, fish for Dobhar using the bait and conditions below.
