How to Become Vasto Lorde in Type Soul

Becoming a Vasto Lorde in Type Soul is a challenging journey, but it's within your reach with the proper methods. This guide will show you how to transform into a menacing hollow on the server step by step.

How to get Vasto Lorde in Type Soul 

Before embarking on this journey, it's important to note that you should already be hollow and have the desire to become a Vasto Lorde. If you're not a hollow yet, you can become one by meeting your demise at the hands of an NPC or a random player on the server after spawning. Once you're a hollow, press Ctrl + K to confirm your transformation. After becoming one, follow the given steps one by one.

Becoming a Menos

Kill 10 to 15 hallows to fill an internal hidden meter bar and transform into Menos. Otherwise, killing a single Menos will automatically transform you into one if you get lucky.

Transforming into an Adjuchas

Like the Menos transformation, consuming other hollows or Menos will fill an internal hidden meter bar. Once this bar is complete, you will transform into an Adjuchas. At this stage, you will get a mask. Please do not remove the Mask in instances; if so, you will turn into an Arrancar, halting the process of turning into an Adjuchas.

Earning 50 Mask Cracks and turning into an Albino

Eliminate other Adjuchas or boss enemies in the game to obtain Mask Cracks. You will earn 5 Mask Cracks for defeating Adjuchas (real players) and one Mask Crack for defeating any NPC Boss. Collecting 50 such Masks will transform your character into an Albino.

Becoming a Vasto Lorde

After becoming an Albino, there are two paths you can pursue to become a Vasto Lorde.

Path 1: Beat the Vasto Lorde NPC Boss

This is the pinnacle of your journey and the ultimate test of your skills. After transforming into an Albino, you'll notice flashing indicators on the screen, guiding you to the boss fight with the Vasto Lorde. It's a highly challenging battle, reserved for players dedicated nearly 50 to 100 hours to the game. The thrill of the challenge is intense, and the reward, if you succeed, is the coveted title of Vasto Lorde. But beware, if you lose, all your progress will be gone, and you'll revert to a basic Menos, adding a layer of risk and excitement to the fight.

Tips and Tricks to Beat the Vasto Lorde NPC Boss

• Please bring two to three friends for the battle. It's incredibly challenging, and you need help to complete it as a solo player.
• One or two of your friends should be healers and provide healing to you throughout the boss fight, as you will lose a lot of Health Points. At the same time, your remaining pals can watch out for random players trying to spoil your game. 
• Use your R+ Cero spam ability throughout the battle to inflict much damage on the boss. It is effective against the boss and can quickly go through their HP.
• Use the various elevated stone terrains throughout the battle arena to regain stamina or get some health from your friends instead of standing in the open. These can also act as cover during battle to evade some of the boss attacks.

Defeat an Albino player in a PVP fight

Compared to the first method, this one is safer. You must fight another Albino player holding 50 Cracked Mask in a PVP battle. You can easily find such players on populated servers and duel with them for the Vasto Lorde title. After defeating them, you will get another 50 Cracked Mask, and your total will turn 100, turning you into a Vasto Lorde in Type Soul.
