You can change your Quirks in Anime Champions Simulator using the Reroll Machine. This machine is present in Pirate Town, the second stage in the game after Green Planet. But before using it, you must fix the Magic Tree by completing the quest associated with Scientist Simon.
Once you have done the quest, the area will be available. You change the Quirks of any characters by selecting a unit from your inventory and using a Medal as your rolling fee. There are two types of Medals in Anime Champions Simulator: Premium and Pirate. If you need basic Quirks, use the Pirate Medals, and for high-tier ones, go for the Premium Medals. You can obtain Medals in Anime Champions Simulator by defeating bosses and finishing the quest offered by NPC.
