Rune Slayer is all about combat, survival, and exploration. On top of that, you need to undertake various quests to unlock new tools and abilities. When you arrive in a safe-haven town called Wayshire, you can find an NPC who will ask you to find a slime bag for them; here's how you can find Sadie's lost bag in Rune Slayer.
How to get a Slime Bag in Rune Slayer - Sadie's Lost Bag quest guide

When you interact with the NPC Sadie inside her house next to Ali's Farm, she'll give you a quest to get her bag back from the slimes, which she managed to lose when out collecting flowers. You can find Sadie's lost bag (or the Slime Bag) in Rune Slayer by killing some Slimes.
Where to find Slimes in Rune Slayer

You can find Slimes in the Wilderness north of Wayshire. Head into the untamed territory by going past Ali's Farm or following the path outside Sadie's home that leads into the wilderness. You'll soon stumble upon these small green jello-like creatures that don't attack unless bothered.
I advise fighting them from a distance. Although these little demons may seem harmless, they can deal significant damage if you're not careful, as well as poison you. The best way to do avoid any damage is to stay on the move and dodge the projectiles they throw at you. Defeating these mobs is pretty easy for low-level players but can be challenging if you've just begun playing Rune Slayer.
You must defeat a few of these wild creatures to obtain Sadie's lost bag in Rune Slayer. Because the Slime bag has a low drop rate with some RNG involved, you can either get it by killing just one or you may have to take on several Slimes. Killing slimes is not a complete waste of time even if you don't get the bag because these mobs drop Slime Chunks that can be used to tame other Slimes as pets.
By completing the Sadie's Lost Bag quest, you will get the Slime Bag which expands the inventory so your character can carry more items. Additional bonuses include 1065 XP and 85 coins.

NPCs can be quite clumsy in games, and it's no different here.
