This particular error deals with the internet connection between your device and the developer’s Roblox experience. In all likelihood, the error is happening on their end. Your connection is likely getting to Roblox, which is trying to connect you to the experience but failing. It never hurts to check other possibilities, too, though, so follow this list to be sure:

  1. Check other Roblox experiences: If you can access other Roblox experiences but not a specific one, this suggests the experience itself is down. Check its official Roblox group, Twitter page, or Discord channel to see if others are having the same issue.
  2. Roblox is down: If Roblox itself isn’t responding, you can keep a close eye on @Roblox on Twitter or the official Roblox Status page and wait for it to come back online.
  3. Restart your device and internet router: If you’re worried it may be your own connection, complete these steps in the following order. Turn off your device, then turn off and unplug your internet router at the socket. Leave it for one to two minutes, then turn your internet router back on. Once your router is fully connected, turn your device back on and wait until it has reconnected to your Wi-Fi. Now, try the experience again.

If Roblox is fully operational and your connection is sound, the issue will be down to a problem with the experience that the developers need to fix. Unfortunately, for now, you’ll just need to be patient and play another experience. If you can’t think of something to play, check out our links below.
