- Rhamphorhynchus
- Tapejara
- Pteranodon

If you’re tired of rowing the Dinghy to travel from one island to another, it’s time you get a flying pet in Prehistoric Farm. These flying pets allow you to fly around the map at quick speeds (and take one friend along for the ride as well). And, with a flying pet, you can also take part in Sky Races to earn Coins. That’s why, we’ve put together this detailed guide that will you get your first flying pet in Prehistoric Farm. After that, it’s just about repeating the steps until you get the best one (a Quetzalcoatlus).
How to Get Flying Pets in Prehistoric Farm
To get flying pets in Prehistoric Farm, you need to hatch eggs given by Clara the Airborne NPC. You can find her on the Sky Spires Island (she is standing at the centre of the island). To find the Sky Spires Island, go towards the Auction Island and then follow the buoys that go behind the Auction Island to find the Sky Spires Island.

Once you reach the Sky Spires Island, follow the straight path from the docks to find and talk to Clara. You must be Level 20+ to be able to accept her quests.
How to Complete Clara’s Quests in Prehistoric Farm
Clara the Airborne gives the same quests every time you talk to her. Once you complete all the quests, she’ll also charge you 10,000 Coins to give you one egg. After you get an egg, you can go straight back to Clara to restart the quest.
Her quests are:
- Catch 20 Pufferfish
- Break 70 Triassic Rocks
Each time you complete a quest, you’ll have to go back to Clara to register it and start the next quest. So, after catching 20 Pufferfish, you must go back to Sky Spires Island and talk to Clara again to get the Triassic Rocks quest.
Read on to learn where and how to complete both of these quests.
How to Catch Pufferfish in Prehistoric Farm

To catch a Pufferfish in Prehistoric Farm, you need to first get a fishing rod and some bait. You can get a fishing rod from Hikomi and bait from Tylo the Fisher. Both of these NPCs are standing on the left side of the docks area of Home Island.
Once you have the fishing rod and the bait, go near any body of water and do Good Casts. The Pufferfish is a Rare fish that you won’t get from Weak Casts. Similarly, if you do Perfect Casts every time, you’ll get high-rarity fish and decrease the chances of getting a Pufferfish. So, keep it in the middle to easily collect 20 Pufferfish.
Where Are Triassic Rocks in Prehistoric Farm

The Triassic Rocks are on the Triassic Island in Prehistoric Farm. This island is located to the left of the Cambrian Island, and you must have the Silver Shovel (or better) to be able to break the rocks on this island.
How to Get Silver Shovel
You can get the Silver Shovel from the Shovel Shop at Home Island in exchange for 5x Aquamarine Shards, 8x Red Jasper, and 8,000 Coins. You can get Aquamarine Shards from Cambrian Island rocks. Red Jasper can be obtained from Devonian Island rocks.
All Flying Pets in Prehistoric Farm
As of the release meta, there are five flying pets that you can get in Prehistoric Farm. Below is the list of all the different eggs that you can get from Clara. Each of these eggs will hatch a flying pet of the same name.
- Pterodactylus
- Rhamphorhynchus
- Tapejara
- Pteranodon
- Quetzalcoatlus
Note: Quetzalcoatlus is currently the fastest flying pet in Prehistoric Farm. However, it is also the rarest one (5% chance to get the egg from Clara).
Once you obtain any flying pet, equip it to your Ranch and feed it until it becomes an Adult. After that, click on the ‘+’ sign on the right side of your screen to make that pet a Partner. You can then summon it whenever needed and fly it around the map.
We also have all the latest Prehistoric Farm Codes that you can redeem for lots of Coins, some handy materials, and plenty of free Eggs.
