To get Legendary Leader (Path), better known as Madara 7-Star (from Naruto), you need Legendary Leader (Revived) 6-Star unit, x3 H-Cells, and x1 The Ultimate Eye. While you'll require some luck and resources to get him, it will be worth your while, as Madara is among the best characters in All-Star Tower Defense. To start the evolving process, you must first obtain everything necessary for the process. Note that you must first unequip Legendary Leader (Revived) before you start the evolution process.

To get a Legendary Leader (Revived) 6-Star, which is needed to evolve to Legendary Leader (Path) 7-Star, you must first get a Legendary Leader (Early) 5-Star. You can get Legendary Leader (Early) via the Special Summons in the Summon section. You must invest 50 Stardust for a multi-summon (10 summons); every fourth multi-summon is free. Each pull has a 2% chance of getting a Legendary Leader (Early).
