How to get the Bad Kitty Headphones in Roblox Royale High

Enter Monstercat's Lost Civilization.

The Bad Kitty Headphones are a secret item in Royale High that, surprisingly, can only be obtained by completing objectives in a separate Roblox game. The RH devs worked with Monstercat Lost Civilization, a Roblox event themed around the music artist Monstercat.

Players can get the Bad Kitty Headphones by completing two missions in Monstercat Civilization:

  • Collect all 60 of the Monstercat Tokens
  • Find the Monstercat Helmet

Enter Monstercat's Lost Civilization

There are two ways to enter the Monstercat's Lost Civilization game. If you're already playing Royale High, teleport to Diamond Beach and locate the movie theater, which is found on the main street close to the tunnel. Around the corner of the movie theater there is a dark cave with a Monstercat sign. Walking into the cave will teleport you to the Monstercat Lost Civilization game.

Alternatively, you can find the Monstercat's Lost Civilization from the Roblox platform.

Collect the Tokens

There are 60 Monstercat Tokens in total that players must acquire to get the Helmet. Moreover, there are two main areas in the Monstercat's Lost Civilization game: the main hub area and the Cave. All of the Tokens are scattered across the hub area and found within the Cave and finding them all is fairly straightforward.

Monstercat Hub Area

Players should note: 41 of the Monstercat Tokens are located in the Hub area. There aren't really any hidden ones, you will just have to run around until you've found them all. Search within the stone building on the top and bottom floors, climb the exterior of the stone building, and you'll come across the Tokens. You shouldn't move on to the Cave until finding all 41 of the outside Tokens.

Monstercat Cave

The remaining 19 Tokens are located within the cave. Be sure to explore all corners of the cave and you will naturally stumble upon all of them before even reaching the Monstercat Helmet Puzzle. Be aware the Cave is filled with tons of deadly traps such as lava pits, deadly spears, and falling pillars. Expect to die quite frequently, but keep trying until you've figured out each trap's pattern. There is a checkpoint halfway through the cave near the rolling boulder and directly after the lava pit, so you won't have to start from the beginning upon reaching that spot.

Monstercat Helmet Puzzle

After collecting all Monstercat Tokens, there is one last puzzle to solve at the end of the Cave. There are pillars blocking your path to the Monstercat Helmet. The only way to clear the path is to step on the floor symbols in the correct order. The correct order is as follows:

  • Top-Left
  • Bottom-Right
  • Top-Right
  • Bottom-Left

If you do this correctly, the pillars will clear and you can grab the Monstercat Helmet from the altar. This concludes your mission to the Bad Kitty Headphones.

Log back into Royale High and teleport to any location. Completing all of the steps above will automatically place the Bad Kitty Headphones in your Royale High inventory. Just press Dress Up and the headphones should be available in the Crowns section.
