Claiming the VIP Color Block T-Shirt
Unlike other free items released by Roblox, which typically use a promo code to be claimed, the VIP Color Block T-Shirt is claimed by scanning a QR code. This code, pictured below, automatically claims the item once it's been scanned and promptly adds it to your Roblox inventory.

Though many Roblox users have claimed this item without a second thought, some creators have expressed gripes with Roblox's new promo code system, stating that encouraging kids to scan random QR codes online could lead to dangerous consequences in the future, including leaked IP addresses and locations.
To protect yourself from dangerous links, always be sure that the account or person posting the QR code is an official and trusted source. If you see someone tweet or post a QR code or link that says it's for Roblox, always double check where it leads you before clicking on it—a link that reads Ro.blox is not always the same as a link that takes you to the official Roblox website, hackers can use fake website urls to lead users to false links. Never enter your Roblox username or password on any website that isn't Roblox.com!
