In the second Halloween Update, Chrollo and his team have introduced a new playing style called Joker to the base game. As its name suggests, this is inspired by the Joker, a character from the DC universe and the main villain of the Batman franchise. Due to this, he has various abilities based on the traits of the characters, like Wild Card and Smoke Trick. So, if you are wondering how to get the Joker Style or its skills, here is a detailed guide.
Joker Style Unlock Guide
Like every other Style in Basketball Zero, you can get this Style by rolling using the in-built gacha system. To start, press the Style option from the main menu, and either use Default Spins or Lucky Spins to begin spinning for the Joker Style. Since this is a limited-type style, you must use the Lucky Spins to have any chance of getting the Style, as it has a roll rarity of less than 1% even with them. If you want some free Lucky Spins, I recommend checking out our article on Basketball Zero Codes.
Also, before spinning, select the Joker Style option from the Limited section to make the preference system work in your favor. That's it! Keep rolling until you get the Style. If you run out of Spins, top them up with Robux or codes. In the end, if nothing works even after spinning for a while, the pity system will kick in, increasing the chance of getting a Joker Style even further.
Basketball Zero Joker Style and Showcase
Below, you can find the list of all the Abilities part of the Joker Style in Basketball Zero.
- Wild Card (With Ball): When someone tries to steal or block Joker, there's a 50% chance the Ball bursts into smoke and teleports right back into his hands.
- Smoke Trick(With Ball): Drops a burst of purple smoke and vanishes for a second, reappearing a few feet away with a speed boost. Great for juking defenders or slipping out of pressure.
- Laugh Breaker(With Ball): When near an opponent, Joker starts laughing mid-dribble, performing a sharp crossover that hands the opponent a ticking rubber ducky. After a few beeps, they’re on the floor, left in the smoke.
- Ducky Shot(Awakened): The lights dim. Joker dribbles lazily at half court, pulling a rubber ducky from behind his back, tossing it toward an opponent before launching it at the hoop. Just before it hits, it turns into a basketball and explodes through the rim. Joker laughs as the court fades back to normal.
- Trick Mirror(Awakened): Creates a fake clone that mirrors Joker’s moves for 10 seconds. If opponents try to steal or block it, they’re hit with a purple smoke explosion and stunned — fooled by the trickster himself.
