This Rod can be obtained by completing a simple quest offered by the Wind Master NPC on the northern expedition island. How to obtain the Wind Elemental Rod in Fisch
As mentioned earlier, the objective revolves around the Wind Master NPC on the Northern Expedition Island. Take your boat and go straight to the North Expedition. Enter the Portal and go to the island. Here, wear your Winter Cloak and Oxygen mask and climb to the (19800, 905, 5450) to locate the Master.
Speak with him, and you will start a series of quests associated with the Rod. A total of three quests must be completed in order to obtain the rods mentioned below.
Quest 1
- For the first one, the Master will ask you for a Shiny Giant Bait Crate. Firstly, fish out a Shiny Bait Crate from the ocean and then take it to the Treasure Appraiser found on Treasure Island(-1825, 145, -12104) to get the Shiny Giant Bait Crate.
Quest 2
- The next one requires you to find a Shiny Sparkling King's Blessing Pufferfish. Get your hand on a Shiny Totem and try to fish near Roslit Bay(Pufferfish Abundance Area) using rods like Posedion with a Blessing Enchant to get this.
Quest 3
- The final task requires you to get the Shiny Blessed Whale Shark. Acquire the Blessed Enchantment for your Seraphic Rod and then try to fish during the Whale Shark Event while also using a Shiny Totem.
All of these three tasks are incredibly challenging and some of the most brutal ones in the game. If you manage to complete this somehow, you will get the Wind Elemental Rod in Fisch.
