Anime Last Stand unit collections continue to evolve with the release of Yuta as a part of Update 2. As is tradition, this new unit is locked by default, so here's a detailed guide on how to unlock Yuta in Anime Last Stand.

How to obtain Yuta in the Anime Last Stand – Secret Portal

Yuta is one of the rarest units in the Anime Last Stand, which can be acquired through portals with two primary methods. Firstly, there's a 0.2% chance of getting Utah from a tier five portal randomly. Alternatively, there's a 1 in 500 chance of obtaining Utah through a secret portal.

In case you weren't aware, Portal is a new currency in the Anime Last Stand update 2 that can be obtained by killing bosses in Infinite mode. Portals are categorized into six different Tiers, and Yuta can only be unlocked through the fifth and secret Portal.

If you're playing solo, I suggest focusing on reaching wave 10 repeatedly. For team play, pushing to the highest wave possible is a more efficient way to farm more Portals.

However, it's important to note that only the person hosting the portal can receive rewards. If you're playing with friends, make sure you're the host to maximize your chances of obtaining additional portals. Also, keep in mind that using a tier 4 portal doesn't guarantee a tier 5 portal, as the tier of the portal you receive is entirely random.

Anime Last Stand Yuta upgrades explained

Even at level one with the Cosmic trait, Yuta demonstrates significant strength. With 11k damage every 5.1 seconds and a range of 16.5, it may not be the most potent on placement, but considering its level and Cosmic trait, it is definitely a perfect choice.

As I progressed through Yuta's evolution upgrades, I witnessed a substantial increase in its damage output and range. The pinnacle of Yuta's abilities is its final skill - True Love. This skill grants a significant spike in damage, utilizing the 'R' key to launch a devastating attack.

To maximize his potential, I suggest obtaining Shami or Allen as traits for him. With three placements available, players can utilize one for damage, one for electrification, and one for the hybrid true love attack.
