Roblox Error Code 103 – How To Fix

Fix Error Code 103!

If you are encountering an Error Code 103 while trying to play Roblox on an Xbox, it is most likely due to a child safety measure. In short, when players encounter Error Code 103, it's usually when an account that's age is below 13 tries to access user-created worlds. Because of this, the only way you can fix the error, in this case, would be to create a new account with the date of birth over the age of 13.

Another potential cause for Error Code 103 is that the Content From Other People option is disabled on an account you are playing on. Other issues that can cause the error include Nat Issues and faulty installs of Roblox. That said, here are some solutions to fix Roblox Error Code 103.

Solutions to fix Roblox Error Code 103

The first step on the road to fixing Roblox's Error Code 103 is to enable Content From Other People on the account you are playing on. To enable Content From Other People, you must access the parental account and enable the setting within the Family tab.

You can do this by logging onto the Parental account and going into Settings. Inside Settings, you will then need to select the child account under the Family tab and click it. After clicking the child account, open up custom settings under Privacy and change the option See Content From Other People from block to allow.

After enabling Content From Other People on your account, you should be able to load into user-created worlds again. But if you still get an error, we recommend restarting your console. If restarting doesn't help, try turning off the console and waiting at least one minute before turning the console back on. After one minute, turn your console back on and try re-loading Roblox. If Roblox still doesn't work, we recommend trying to reinstall the game.

How to enable UPnP in Router Settings

The next fix you can try if the previous one didn't work is enabling UPnP in your Router Settings. Doing so will fix any potential NAT issues that might cause Roblox's Error Code 103. To enable UPnP, you must log in to your router's settings menu. Inside your router's settings, find Nat Forwarding and click enable UPnP.
