Gravity (Legendary – Gravity Core)
Gravity is arguably the best Soul Reaper power in Roblox Paradox right now, and it's based on Izuru Kira's Shikai. It has good AoE moves, plenty of CC, and the best combo potential out of all Shikai powers. It's amazing both for PvP and PvE.

Flower is a Legendary power based on Byakuya Kuchiki's Shikai/Bankai. It's a jack-of-all-trades power with good range, damage, AoE, and mobility. Plus, unlike Rampage, it has short wind-ups on its moves, making them better for PvP.

Lightning (Rare – Stormheart)
Lightning is one of the best Shikai powers for PvP in Paradox, and that's impressive, considering it's only a Rare. It has guardbreaks on almost all moves, extremely good mobility, and plenty of single-target DPS. The only downside is that you need to aim a lot, which requires skill. It's based on Chojiro Sasakibe's Shikai.

Blood is a Rare Soul Reaper power based on Unohana's Shikai. Its moves all have good range and knockback, making them perfect for kiting enemies while staying at a safe distance. It also has solid combo potential, AoE, and healing once you unlock the Bankai.

The AoE on its moves is relatively small, though, except for its 2nd Bankai move. Despite being Legendary rarity, its long wind-ups and underwhelming base kit push it to A tier rather than S.

It also has plenty of CC and easy-to-land combos. The downside is that it has a fairly short range, except for the Bankai G skill.

Fear (Legendary – Nightmare Crystal)
Fear is based on As Nodt's Schrift, and it's by far the best Quincy power in Paradox. It's a jack-of-all-trades with good range, AoE, unblockable, and guard-breaking moves, and invulnerability. Plus, it's really good even without the Vollstandig, making early-game PvE especially easy.
