Roblox Vans World Event: Launch Date, Free Items, and everything we know

Roblox has partnered with Vans for an upcoming virtual event. Vans is a popular American skateboarding apparel manufacturer, most well-known for skateboarding shoes. The Roblox event will be focused on skateboarding, likely with minigames and lots of free Vans-related items to collect.

When is the Roblox Vans World Event Launch Date?

The Roblox Vans World event is confirmed to launch on September 1st., 2021. The event is exclusive to the Roblox platform, so users must make a free Roblox account to participate.

What devices will support the Roblox Vans World Event?

Although details are not confirmed, we are under the impression that Roblox users across all devices will have access to the Vans World Event. Platform-wide Roblox events and partnerships are typically available for every player, so we see no reason why the Vans World event would be any different. For now, we assume Roblox players on PC, Mac, iOS, Android, and Xbox will be able to enjoy the experience.

What to expect from the Roblox Vans World Event

Details surrounding the Roblox Vans World event are unknown at the moment. The most information we know is that this will be a skateboard-related event, as shown in the teaser trailer posted by Vans on Twitter.

Our best guess is that the Roblox Vans World event will take place within a skatepark, where players can participate in various skateboard-related activities and minigames. We speculate that players will be able to compete in skating games for the highest score.

While we don't know if the Roblox Vans World event will take place across various settings, the teaser trailer depicted a tropical setting. It looks like players will skate somewhere right near the beach and the ocean. Perhaps the Vans World event will recreate Anaheim, CA, which is where the Vans company was started.

Will there be free items in the Roblox Vans World Event?

Over a dozen Van items recently appeared on the Roblox Avatar Shop. The items were uploaded by the official Vans account. All of the Vans items are listed as Offsale, meaning they cannot be obtained by players at the moment. Therefore, it is likely that these items will be included in the Roblox Vans World event in some capacity.

While we don't know which items will be free, we expect a few from this list to be available to obtain in the game. The majority, however, will most likely be offered in a merch store in exchange for Robux.
