As codes in YSO are case-sensitive, the likely reasons the code is not working for you are that it was entered incorrectly or the code has expired. Additionally, as of right now, the codes are single-use and will come back as invalid if you try to reuse them on the same account.
Since it is a Roblox game, you can play it on PC and mobile devices via the Roblox client. However, the developers have not mentioned whether or not console support is planned as of right now.
