Rocket League Season 4 introduces the Outlaw car, Deadeye Canyon map, and new LTMs

Season 4 new content!

Rocket League Season 4 brings a western theme to the race car soccer game. Season 4 is live and kicks off with a new Battle Pass, new challenges, and more. Players can unlock two different versions of the new Outlaw car in the Battle Pass, which can be purchased for 1000 credits. The Outlaw is available on the first level of the Battle Pass and the Outlaw GXT can be unlocked on level 70 of the Battle Pass.

Players who do not want to purchase the Battle Pass are not left out. Season 4 introduces the new Deadeye Canyon map, complete with a desert landscape and large rock formations in the distance. The map is available in all game modes, including the new 2 vs. 2 and extra mode tournaments that are hitting Rocket League for Season 4.

New limited-time modes will be available throughout the season, starting with the return of the Heatseekers game mode. Heatseekers mode is a 3 vs. 3 mode where the ball seeks the goal every time it is hit, and gains speed every hit as well. The match is not timed and the first team to seven goals wins, which can happen pretty fast.

There are two other LTMs that have been announced for this season. Speed Demon will release on August 19th and is a combination of mutators, Boomer Ball, demolitions on contact, and fast respawns. Spring Loaded is a Rumble variation that only includes boots and boxing gloves, but on a 20-second cooldown. A release date has not been announced for the Spring Loaded LTM, but it is expected to be available later in August.
