How to repair a vehicle in Sand Land

Sand Land is a JRPG video game and the last project of Akira Toriyama. In this adventure title, you will need to take good care of both your people and your vehicles to travel through the desert in search of water. But healing your vehicles is a little different, and it wasn't very intuitive to me.

How to use Repair Kits in Sand Land

Repair kits can be found in the items menu. In order to use one to refill you vehicle's health meter, you will either need to be inside of the vehicle or standing close by it. You will need to then press the right button on the D-pad on controller; on keyboard it is the V key. Select the Repair Kit and press the selection button to use it.

Your item menu is also customizable; you can edit which items show up by heading into the menu, then selecting the items sub-menu. There is a "set shortcut" button you can choose to pick what you want to be able to quickly access. As far as items you can put in there for your vehicle, always make sure one of these slots is taken up by the Repair Kit. I also like to have the Armor Up Kit for harder enemies.

If you run out of Repair Kits, don't worry. You can either sleep at a campfire location to repair your vehicle, or you can fast travel into town and head to Ann's place. While you're there, you can pick up some more Repair Kits and check in with the growing town.

Where to find Repair Kits in Sand Land

While Repair Kits can be found in treasure chests out in the world in Sand Land, the best pick them up is in town at the item shop or from traveling peddlers. They cost 100 Zeni each.
