How to get the Chef’s Uniform in Sea of Thieves

Monkey Island has been given new life in the Sea of Thieves update. The Journey to Mêlée Island Tall Tale contains a thrilling story but did have a few puzzles that left me stumped. One that had me scratching my head and insulting myself was how to get the Chef's Uniform. Here's the solution.

Turns out, there is a pretty simple explanation of how to become a cook at the Scum Bar. It can be found in the General Store and costs 45 Pieces o' Eight to purchase it. However, you cannot just buy it once you have the required coins. This is because the Chef's Uniform is reserved. You must first inquire about a job offer before you can buy it.

Why can't I buy the Chef's Uniform in Sea of Thieves?

As mentioned, you must first inquire about a job offer before you can buy it. Speak to the First Pirate Lord in the Scum Bar and ask him about work. He will inform you that the Chef is looking for an assistant. Head into the kitchen and speak to the Chef. The Chef is waiting on his assistant and will literally take anyone as long as they are wearing the proper uniform.

After speaking to these two, head to the General Store and speak to the store owner. Go through the dialogue options, and you should be able to purchase the Chef's Uniform. This will let you help the Chef cook the stew, which will allow you to progress. Get the Clock Tower Key and finish the Tall Tale.
