If you're new to the Spidey franchise and don't really care for gaming history, you can play Spider-Man before Spider-Man 2. But if you're a real fan, the only way to start this journey is from the beginning, meaning Spider-Man (1982) is your first stop.
How to play older Spider-Man games
As you may have noticed, most of the Spider-Man games are very old, so the chances you have an Atari, Sega Genesis, or Game Boy are slim to none. But fear not; you can always play older games via emulators for old consoles and retro PC gaming.
