Your primary goal in Splatoon 3 is to lay down ink and cover turf in your team's color. There are other objectives, such as capturing points, splatting your opponents, and more. Regardless, you want to ensure you are in the action or playing the objective. A great way to do this is to Super Jump around the map.

Your character will turn into squid form and prepare to jump. After a few seconds, you will leap into the air and land where your ally was when you selected to Super Jump to them. This is incredibly helpful for getting back into action quickly or assisting a teammate who needs backup.
One thing to note is that Super Jumping takes time and places a signal where you will land. This leaves you open to attack and at risk for getting splatted if you Super Jump too close to an enemy. So make sure you are safe and landing in a safe spot before confirming your Super Jump.
