Any diehard Spongebob Squarepants fan can tell you all about Plankton's pet amoeba, Spot. He's small, green, and has one eye, just like his handler. Unfortunately, he gets scared during the events of The Cosmic Shake and retreats into his hiding spots across the game's seven available worlds. Plankton sets you on a journey to find Spot and bring him back in exchange for a reward. So, we've outlined all of Spot's hiding spots below!
Wild West Jellyfish Fields Spot Location
When you're in Wild West Jellyfish Fields, you'll want to head over to the fifth checkpoint, Cacteen Hills. Once here, head past the checkpoint towards the cactus sign to the left of a bridge. After passing this sign, you'll see a trampoline that you will want to use in order to reach a platform. Here, you'll find Spot waiting for you.
Karate Downtown Bikini Bottom Spot Location
When you get to Karate Downtown Bikini Bottom, you'll want to make your way to the second checkpoint, Backlot. To the left of the checkpoint is an orange trailer that you can climb on top of. From this trailer, you'll want to jump to the blue trailer directly next to it. When you're on top of the blue trailer, you'll see a platform path that will lead you directly to Spot.

You can use this surfboard to surf to a ship mast that has Spot hang out on it.
