Stardew Valley holds many dances, festivals, and activities for its events. One of them is The Flower Dance. Mayor Lewis will send you an invitation to the festival before it starts, so you don't need to do anything special to participate. All buildings in the town will be locked during the festival.

Where can I find the Flower Dance?

The dance takes place between 9am and 2pm in Cindersap Forest. You cannot enter before 9am. This event takes place in the far west of the forest, across the bridge to the south of the Wizard's Tower. You can only access this area during the Flower Dance.

What is the Flower Dance?

The Flower Dance is a community event that takes place on Sping 24 from 9am to 2pm. Everyone will get a chance to dance with the player if their affection is high enough. Once it's over, you will appear back at the farm at 10pm.

How do I get villagers to dance with me during the Flower Dance in Stardew Valley?

For a villager to agree to dance with you, you need to have their affection over four hearts. If none of the villagers have affection over four hearts, you can start the dance to end the event and stand awkwardly in the corner.

Can I dance with other people if I'm married during the Flower Dance in Stardew Valley?

Your relationship will not be hurt by dancing with anyone besides your spouse. This is a platonic dance, and you can even dance with multiple people during the entire event. This also doesn't help you increase your chances to marry a certain Villager in the game.

You can buy the following items from Pierre's booth during the Flower Dance:

  • Seasonal Plant - 350g
  • Tub o' Flowers - 250g
  • Tub o' Flowers Recipe - 1,000g
  • Daffodil - 50g
  • Dandelion - 50g
  • Rarecrow - 2,500g
  • Wall Flower - 800g
  • S. Wall Flower - 400g
  • Ceiling Leaves - 400g
