How to Get Archeological Tools in the Tomb of Ita

Archeological tools can be obtained by interacting with Backpacks in the Tomb of Ita. Floors are not guaranteed to have a Backpack, so it's best not to waste Energy in search of them. Each Backpack will give you one archeological tool at random, and there is no limit to how many tools you can carry at a time.

Click on the button under Exploration Point on the upper right of the screen to reveal your archeological tools. All of their effects are triggered passively, so you don't need to click on a tool to activate it.

However, this also means that you may want to be smarter about your next moves while some tools are active to maximize them. For instance, if you have the Automatic Robot Arm, which removes the Energy cost of the next six excavations, choosing to dig higher-Energy rubbles versus regular rubbles may be a good idea.

Keep in mind that archeological tools only work during the current Exploration round. After completing or exiting the Exploration, all your tools will disappear.
