Mariano is an NPC who can upgrade your weapons in The Last Faith. You can find the character in the bottom left room of Oxneveylle's Manor.
Remember, you can only find Marino in the prescribed location after opening the gates of the Federal Inquistion (Inquisition Foyer). So, don't get confused if you cannot locate the NPC during your first run.Â

How to upgrade weapons and get Moonsilver Stone in The Last Faith
To upgrade your weapons in The Last Faith, you need Moonsilver Stone. You can obtain Moonsilver Stone as drops from enemies or breaking items. Alternatively, you can purchase the Moonsilver Stone from the Mariano NPC for 1800 Nycrux.
Once you have Moonsilver Stone, click on the level-up weapons option from the interaction list. Select the weapon you want to upgrade and pay the prescribed Nycrux as the payment fee. The fee ranges for the level and type of weapon you want to upgrade. For example, upgrading a firearm costs way less than any blade weapon. Also, each upgrade will cost you 1 Moonsilver Stone. So, track that usage as well.
Remember, the Demishade Ore is a different material from the Moonsilver Stone; the former is used to upgrade specialized embedded weapons while the latter is for basic ones.
