The Last Faith is a classic 2D metroidvania adventure with brutal difficulty and souls-like combat. Much like a souls-like game, you'll have an arsenal of weapons and spells at your disposal, and you'll need to make use of all of them if you are to thrive. Explore a non-linear world full of horrific terrors and deadly secrets to uncover. There's much more than meets the eye while scavenging the depths of The Last Faith's ravaged world.
As a souls-like title, expect many of the genre's staple conventions, such as scattered bonfires and multi-phase boss encounters. The Last Faith also features a unique resource system that governs special attack usage, while also having mana to limit spellcasting. Lastly, methodical executions are required to progress through the game, as each swing of a weapon must be completed entirely before other actions can be commenced.
