Where to find a upgrade radio in The Last Stand: Aftermath?

If players want to upgrade their characters and unlock skills, they need to find an upgraded radio and earn knowledge in the Last Stand Aftermath. To find an upgraded radio in the Last Stand Aftermath, you will need to explore map locations and look for a blue radio icon. 

Finding blue radio icons via the focus mode in the game will allow you to track down the location of the radio and use it to unlock skills and upgrades with knowledge.

That said, to use focus mode to locate an upgraded radio, press either Q or hold down the left alt key or console equivalent. Pressing the right key will activate focus mode and allow you to see icons that indicate points of interest. 

If you want to locate an upgraded radio, you will need to look for an icon that looks like the one shown above and follow it. Eventually, you will find a building with a radio inside its location.

Walk up to the radio, hit E, and you will be able to unlock various skills provided you have enough knowledge points. 

You can get knowledge points by picking up books and various items that give you knowledge. Players can find these items in multiple locations, such as houses and businesses.
