Hashtags are an essential component for video navigation and creation on TikTok. It can sometimes be confusing to know how to utilize or search for these hashtags, so we've got you covered.
How to Use Hashtags on Tiktok
Hashtags are fairly simple to use on TikTok, even if you have no experience with the app. When it comes to searching for them, it's as simple as hitting the search bar (the magnifying glass icon) in the top right and typing in the one you are searching for. If you're trying to see more videos under a hashtag of a current video, click on the hashtag itself to bring up a page of videos that use it.
Finally, if you want to use hashtags yourself, you'll need to make a video first, which can be done by hitting the Post button (that has the + symbol at the center bottom of the screen). Once you are done making your video, hit the hashtag symbol and type in any you want to add to the caption of your video. Then, you can post the video with the hashtags attached.
