How to use the chat in Tower of Fantasy

Say what's on your mind.

Chat is a vital feature in any game, especially in big, open-world RPGs like Tower of Fantasy. It allows players to communicate with friends, share quests, and coordinate attacks on rare mobs. As games move into a space where they exist on multiple platforms, chat becomes even more important as not everyone may already be communicating through things like console party chat or third-party services like Discord.

How does chat work in Tower of Fantasy?

To use the chat on PC, simply press Enter. Mobile users can tap the chat icon in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. Either method will bring up the chat window, which has several different options. Users can cycle through World, Crew, Team, Whisper, Recruit, Current, and System messages. Unless you join a crew or have friends online, most in-game communication will take place in World.

Clicking on the Gear icon in the lower-left corner of the chat window will bring up the Chat Settings. From here, players can enable or disable specific channels, manage voice settings, configure Barrage settings, and customize their own speech bubbles.
