Where to go after the Cathedral in Tunic?

Tunic has many branching paths and sometimes gives little direction to go. You may find yourself lost and wondering what to do after beating the Cathedral and earning the Hero's Laurel.

Where to go after getting the Hero's Laurel in Tunic

After you defeat the Cathedral and gain the Hero's Laurel, you need to go to all six Hero's Graves to regain your strength. At a Hero's Grave, hold the A button to pray in front of it. Below is the method we used, but you may be able to do these in a different order.

Where to find the Old Burial Ground Hero's Grave

This is the first Hero's Grave you will encounter after clearing the Cathedral. Once you defeat the statue room, simply follow the exit out. This places you outside the Cathedral. Use the ladder in front of you and climb up to the Hero's Grave.

Where to find the Eastern Vault Hero's Grave

Return to the Town Ruins and use the teleporter there to get to the Eastern Vault. Then, use the top right teleporter to transport to the Eastern Ruins. Head south and exit through the gold doors. Then follow the right path.

The Hero's Grave is at the end of the right path. Several enemies will spawn, and they can kill you quickly in your weakened state. We were able to bypass them and reach the Hero's Grave by moving quickly.

Where to find the Grand Library Hero's Grave

Return to the teleporter room and use the bottom right portal. This takes you to the Grand Library. Head south and follow the ladder. Circle around the column and take the next ladder you see. To get to the Hero's Grave here, you must defeat animated armors.

They come to life if you go too far into the room. We recommend fighting them one at a time as they have a lot of health and deal massive damage. Their attacks are easy to dodge, so defeat and use the Hero's Grave.

Where to find the West Garden Hero's Grave

You need to go through the purple room under the West Belltower to get back to the Hero's Grave in the West Garden. Use your dodge to cross to the platform on the left. Exit this to wind up on the cliffs below. Follow the path into the West Garden and keep moving forward until you reach the Hero's Grave.

Where to find the Quarry Hero's Grave

You will need to access the Quarry from the Mountain Pass. To the left of the Mountain Door is a secret pathway. Take this, and you will find yourself above the Monastery in the Quarry. Go left and take the stairwell down. At the base of the stairs, go right and enter the Monastery.

Move forward past the miasma until you reach the Hero's Grave. You cannot access it yet, but instead, approach the miasma covering it. This will spawn an Echo at the entryway to this corridor. You must defeat this enemy to access the Hero's Grave. This enemy is fast and attacks with two claw swipes. Dodge these attacks and kill it to use the Hero's Grave.

Where to find the East Forest Hero's Grave

The East Forest Hero's Grave is accessible through the teleporter room. There is a secret passageway to the right of the lowest portal on the central platform. Use your dodge to get on this pathway and follow it to the portal. This will take you to the East Forest.

Head right to make your way towards the Hero's Grave here. You can either fight or avoid the Scavengers here.

Where to go after activating all Hero's Graves in Tunic

After you have activated all the Hero's Graves in Tunic, you are ready to fight the Heir. First, you need to go to the Old House and sleep in the bed there. This will return you to your mortal form. Now restored, go to the teleporter room through the Town Ruins teleporter. Take the center teleporter to fight the Heir.
