The number of playable Valorant Agents is increasing to 18 with the addition of a new hero—Chamber. Chamber will join forces with other Sentinel Agents in Valorant Episode 3 Act III. However, he is not arriving at the beginning of the new Act.
Valorant's Agent Chamber is releasing on Nov. 16. This is unlike the release of every other Agent, all of whom arrived at the start of a new Act. Chamber will launch two weeks after Episode 3 Act 3 starts, along with the v3.10 patch.
The Valorant developers stated that this unexpected delay is necessary in order to provide players with smooth gameplay from the Agent. Certain aspects like "visual cues of what the Agent is doing" are lacking and they need to be polished before a proper launch.
As development progressed on the new Agent, it was clear to us that they were not at the quality bar you’ve come to expect from us. It’s why we’ve opted to hold the Agent for an additional two weeks, while we work on polishing up those final aspects. Sometimes the last 10 percent of work really brings together the previous 90 percent of work.

The new Agent was revealed via Valorant's YouTube on Oct. 29. You can have a look at the official Agent Reveal Trailer for Chamber below.
