Mille Bolle Blu can evolve into Boo Roo Boolle combined with the Spellbinder passive item. You will need to first level up your Mille Bolle Blu to level 8, as well as your Spellbinder to level 5. Once both items have been maxed out, you will be able to get the Boo Roo Boolle evolution in a random chest drop. If you don't have access to Mille Bolle Blu yet, you can obtain the item by unlocking the new Gav 'Et -Oni character with the method detailed below.

Gav 'Et -Oni is an unlockable Vampire Survivors character in the Legacy of the Moonspell DLC. However, getting the new hero can be a bit difficult, so prepare to put in some work. Gav 'Et -Oni is unlocked after you defeat 6000 Kappa enemies on the Mt. Moonspell map. While this may seem daunting at first, you don't have to complete this task in a single run, as the achievement is actually a running total.

Where to find Kappa in Vampire Survivors Mt. Moonspell?

Kappa spawn in the new Mt. Moonspell stage, and are located below the Attractorb icon on your map. To get to the location, head northwest on the map, and make your way up the windy mountain pathway. Keep following the item arrow icon until you reach a frozen lake with a giant Skeleton crawling on it. As soon as you reach the iced water, you will automatically be surrounded by green enemies, which are Kappa. Because of their strength and numbers, it's recommended that you only go up to this location once you are over level 50. If you have a broken run, you can even kill 6,000 Kappa in a single sitting, as the wave of enemies will keep swarming you.
