How to save both Voerman sisters in Vampire: the Masquerade – Bloodlines

If there is a will, there is a way.

Therese and Jeanette Voerman are twin Malkavian vampires that own The Asylum nightclub in Santa Monica, the first area where you start your adventure. After you meet them and complete different quests for them separately, you will be given a quest titled Sibling Rivalry.

At this point, you find that the twins are actually two minds in one vampiric body trying to fight for dominance. You are then given three options: side with Jeanette, side with Therese, or convince the two to coexist as one.

Choosing one over the other can be done in any playthrough, but only under certain circumstances can you convince them to coexist.

First, the player has to have their Persuasion level at four before even considering saving both sisters. Second, it's important to note that each sister has their own relationship variable which means that you need to be in equally good standing with both after the first time you meet them.

For Jeanette, Seduction responses in every conversation you have with her will help you achieve this and for Therese, you'll want to choose Persuasion responses.

Lastly, you will want to make sure that at the point where you find the Pendant at the end of the Ocean House quest, you later give it to Therese and not Jeanette. After that, you should have no trouble convincing both sisters to live together in the same body.
