The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of the best Warcraft Rumble decks is the one adapted for newbies. The PvE Deck features Rend Blackhand as the deck's leader within the Blackrock family. Including 6 other miniatures, the total build cost is 3.3, with DPS at 108 and HP at 590. Best Balanced PvE Warcraft Rumble deck

This deck aims to create a balanced approach using Baron Rivendare. It works by pressure on adversaries with a Necromancer paired with Baron, Quilboar, or Ghouls while simultaneously deploying the Gargoyle in the opposite lane. Bait opponents to deploy their units first so you know where to deploy your Gargoyles, split-pushing your way to victory.

Once you have had several Warcraft Rumble PvE matches under your belt, you will be ready to engage other players. This deck is aimed at dual-lane pushes while ensuring your Minis stay in fighting shape. Footmen work well as front liners, especially against Physical damage decks, owing to their Armored trait. Core Hounds are effective linemen against Elemental damage decks because of their Resistant trait. Tirion Fordring, the build’s Leader, should be saved for your significant push. This deck works by utilizing Huntress as CC, complementing Tyrion Fordring on the primary lane. SAFE Pilot has a utility role, mopping up. Warsong Rider will play a tank role, as it's effective at applying pressure to the main lane or ventures into other lanes alongside fast units like Harpies or Huntress. It can be substituted with more cost-effective tanks, such as Stonehoof Tauren for main lane sturdiness or Earth Elemental for intensifying the HQ assault.

Mega OP Rivendare Warcraft Rumble deck

Choosing the right Leader is the name of the game, and this deck relies on the Baron-Huntress combo to destroy everything on the board. Your mission is simply to keep them alive as long as possible, using their speed to reach the enemy quickly, doing early damage. I found this deck to be incredibly effective in PvP, as it needs the opponent to have something to hard-counter it.
