Taylor Swift fans can now rejoice knowing that there is an entire word puzzle game out for them to play. From wine to despair, all Taylor Swift lyrics are fair play in this guessing game.
Is Taylordle inspired by Wordle?
Since the title is essentially a portmanteau of Taylor and Wordle, it's no surprise that Taylordle was directly made as inspiration from Wordle. The Holy Swift Podcast created the game in 2022 for other Taylor Swift fans who had enjoyed Wordle but wanted something more niche to play. The game uses a lot of the same mechanisms and layout as the original Wordle game.
How to play Taylordle
Taylordle is pretty simple to play, especially if you are a Taylor Swift fan. All words that are used daily come from Taylor Swift lyrics and grab from major song themes. All words range between four to eight letters. Players get six chances to guess the word correctly, getting yellow tiles for the right letter in the wrong spot and green tiles in the correct position. Here are some good Taylordle words to use, ranging in letter length (depending on the day):

- Heaven
- Crying
