Sun-sinking Havoc Echoes are a certain type of Echo in Wuthering Waves that have the Sun-sinking Sonata Effect when they are equipped to either your Rover or one of your Resonators.

When you equip two Sun-sinking Havoc Echoes, they give the Havoc DMG +10% effect, while having five of these Echoes equipped gives you Havoc DMG +7.5% after you release a Basic Attack or Heavy Attack. This effect stacks up to four times, and each stack lasts 15 seconds.

If you're wondering which one is missing from the list in the image, it's the Dreamless Echo. Dreamless can only be found northeast of Desorock Highlands in Norfall Barrens after you complete Chapter One of Wuthering Waves (this is the blank upper corner of your map if you aren't at that point yet).
