How to fix lagging and stuttering in Wuthering Waves

Not in my action RPG.

Wuthering Waves is a massive open-world game with good graphics, so it's normal to face a bit of lag here and there, but the issue is when you start facing stutters even with powerful hardware. You can do a few things to fix lags and stutters, and this guide will teach you all of them.

When I started Wuthering Waves, the game had many stutters as soon as I got control of my player, and lowering the graphics settings did not help. The main culprit was the high ping on the server where I was playing the game.

How to fix random stuttering in Wuthering Waves

  • Choosing a new server Wuthering Waves
  • All servers in Wuthering Waves

Although the game recommended that server, the ping was over 400, causing many stutters. To fix that, you can follow these steps to change your server region in Wuthering Waves:

  1. Go to the Pause menu and go back to the main menu.
  2. Here, you will see the Server option at the bottom.
  3. Click on it, choose the location closest to you, and start the game.
  4. This will start a new save, but the stutters will be gone if the ping is not high.

After that, you can play the game at the highest settings your hardware supports with no issues. Most of the time.
