The Energy Matrix puzzle is one of two research facility puzzles near the Court of Saventae Ruins in Wuthering Waves. If you’re geometrically challenged like I was, here’s how to solve it.
Wuthering Waves: Energy Matrix puzzle near Court of Saventae Ruins solution
There are four Energy Matrix components in this area, with two already in front of the Matrix itself. They should look like Tetris blocks. Two of them are L-shared, one is a 2x2 cube, and the last is the S/Z-shaped one. You can find them below.
Use your Levitator to put the components into the Energy Matrix. Remember that you can—and have to—rotate these to get them to fit. The goal is to fill in the blue spaces.
Take note that the blocks can occupy the empty (white) spaces but cannot exceed the border or overlap with one another, which makes this one exceptionally tricky. Fortunately, you don’t have to spend half an hour rotating your head like I did. Here’s the solution:
Completing this puzzle will unlock the facility’s door in front of you. There, you’ll find a guide crystal.
What is the guide crystal for in Wuthering Waves?
The guide crystal is an item you can use to unlock a golden treasure chest later on in the Court of Saventae Ruins. It’s located in this place:
To be more specific, you'll need two of these guide crystals to get the chest.
In case you haven’t done it, the other Court of Saventae puzzle is one with levitating cubes. Notice how there are three square-shaped objects near the ruins? Run to the one you’re not in right now to grab the other guide crystal.
