Wuthering Waves's Convene (banner) system releases in two parts across every update. Wuthering Waves Upcoming Characters | Changli
The second half of the Version 1.1 update is slated to run from July 22, 2024, to August 15, 2024. It will feature a new five-star Fusion sword user, Changli, who will be featured with three four-stars on rate-up. Wuthering Waves has yet to officially release her accompanying banner characters.

Wuthering Waves Current Character Banner | Jinhsi
The first half of the Version 1.1 update runs from June 28, 2024, to July 22, 2024, featuring a solo banner for five-star Spectro broadblade user, Jinhsi. Her accompanying four-star lineup includes Yangyang (Aero, Sword), Danjin (Havoc, Sword), and Sanhua (Glacio, Sword), who can all be pulled on rate-up.

Wuthering Waves Current Weapon Banner | Ages of Harvest
A Weapon Event Convene is running in conjunction with Jinhsi's banner from June 28, 2024, to July 22, 2024. It features the five-star Broadblade called Ages of Harvest, which acts as Jinhsi's signature weapon, alongside three four-stars on rate-up.
