Location
The Cyan-Feathered Heron can be found in three areas: the Whining Aix’s Mire, two locations close to the Sea of Flames, and the Camp Overwatch in Desorock Highland.
Head to any Resonance Beacon within each area, then open the Echo Gallery via the Data Bank. Select Cyan-Feathered Heron and click the “track” button to find the ones closest to you. Each Cyan-Feathered Heron will have one of two Sonata Effects, and the chances of obtaining an Echo after defeating one are based on your Data Bank level.
