There are eight unique Payback moves in WWE 2K22, and players can only perform them under extreme conditions. Customize any of the following Payback moves for your favorite Superstars before getting into the match:

PaybackMove-set
Resiliency This Payback allows players to easily escape a Pin, Submissions, or an Elimination Mini-Game.
Poison MistClassic Hurricane move Poison Mist allows players to spray a mist in their opponent's eye. However, players can get disqualified for this move.
Low BlowBring back the classic Attitude Era move to slow down your opponents with a blow from down under. Just like Poison Mist, this move-set can get players disqualified if the referee sees it. Players can perform the Low Blow while kneeling.
Run-InThis Payback feature summons a ringside ally when things get rough. Players can only activate this in 1v1s, and you will have to be knocked or stunned down inside the ring.
ComebackComeback allows players to inflict persistent damage to opponents for a brief period. Players can activate this when the prompt appears on the screen.
BlackoutTeleport behind your opponent in classic Undertaker style to gain an advantage. Blackout can be only performed in 1v1 matches, and both players need to be in the ring for this move.
Move ThiefThis Payback ability allows players to steal Finishing Moves from opponents. Requires players to have two special Stocks available for this move-set.
Power of the PunchThis Payback ability hits your opponents with brass knuckles. You will be disqualified if referees catch you doing this.

Players can customize Payback moves depending upon which opponent they fight and the match type. Most often, Payback moves will be available for a brief period of time. Make sure to capitalize within this short window. It is ideal to change your Payback moves to compliment your Superstar's pre-existing moves.
