How to do the Ladder Minigame in WWE 2K22

Ladder minigame!

In Ladder or Money in the Bank matches, you will have to climb a ladder and retrieve the belt or briefcase to win. After climbing the ladder, grab for the object by pressing L1 (PlayStation) or LB (Xbox). Doing so will initiate the ladder minigame.

How does the Ladder Minigame work?

Once you grab the object, a circular meter will display a red ball on the outside and a solid line on the inside with a small opening. You must line up the ball with the opening and press R2 (PlayStation) or RT (Xbox). You can also control the ball with the right stick.

A green meter also shows how close you are to winning the match. To win, you need to get the ball in eight times. All people share the green meter in the match, so be aware of how much of the green meter is left.

There are several ways to stop your opponent from winning during a ladder match. If they reach for the object on top of the ladder, you can push the ladder over by rapidly pressing Circle (PlayStation) or Square (Xbox). Be careful, though, if you push the ladder down while grabbing for the object, they can hang from it and get a chance to pull the object down and win. Alternatively, you can climb the ladder and interrupt them with a light or heavy attack.
