How to drag opponents in WWE 2K22

Drag your opponent around!

In WWE 2K22, you can drag or pull your opponents into the position you want. Dragging your opponent can set up an environmental interaction, a royale elimination, or to position them for a special move. So how can you drag your opponents in WWE 2K22?

To drag an opponent, first grapple them using Circle (PlayStation) or B (Xbox), then press L1 (PlayStation) or RB (Xbox). You can then move the opponent around using the left stick. To stop dragging your opponent, press the drag button again. While dragging your opponent, they can kick out or you can run out of stamina, which breaks the grapple.

Dragging an opponent to an environment spot like the turnbuckle, ropes, barricades, or others will show a button prompt to use an environmental action. Dragging your opponent to a set up table will set up a move that will break the table and win you the match during table matches. The backstage area has many environmental interactions that you can use by dragging your opponent towards them.

Many moves require your opponent to be stunned against the ropes. The best way to do this is to drag your opponent there and set them on the ropes by continuing to move towards the ropes.
