How to enable the new Xbox UI dashboard
The new Xbox dashboard is only available to a select few at the moment. This means that if you're going to get it, you'd probably have it by this point. Xbox reassures us that others will have to wait a few weeks, but it'll continue to be rolled out over that time span.
It will be available on both Xbox Series X|S and original Xbox One consoles, so nobody is getting left behind with this change. There's a lot to look forward to with this UI overhaul, and that's part of the reason people want it here as soon as possible.

What's new with the Xbox UI?
The Xbox UI is going to make it much easier to navigate through the menu of your Xbox. Your Store, Library, Game Pass, etc. will all be easier to find, and the home screen won't be as clunky. Instead of scrolling down through the page, everything is going to be located at the top in an easy-to-find spot. Hopping into your favorite games like Sea of Thieves or Halo will be easier than ever.
It's certainly a big quality-of-life update, and Xbox says you'll be able to customize the UI to your liking. If you already have the update, you can do that right now. Others will just have to remain patient for a few weeks until it arrives for them.
