How to beat every boss in Yuppie Psycho

The best solutions to the hardest fights.

The title might say "every" boss, but in fact, there are only four bosses in Yuppie Psycho that you really need to worry about. Below is everything you need to know about how to defeat each of these bosses in the order in which you encounter them.

The Spider

The Spider will show up when you return to the Library after having found the Hexenhammer book. Fortunately, the Spider can be damaged using the landmines that are set up around the Library. The trick is to get the Spider close to one as it explodes, which means either detonating them yourself with a Pencil or using the Owl Carts in the room to trigger the mines from a distance.

Be careful because the landmines can hurt you.

Video Surveillance Boss

The Video Surveillance boss will be weeping and moping when you come across him, and at no point will he try to approach you. The key here is to make for a safe spot whenever the red sensors that he is activating turn off. This will require a lot of hiding behind walls and under desks until you make it to the east side of the room.

Here, you will see a set of three red cables connected to an outlet close to where the boss is. You need to interact with each of these cables three times in order to unplug it completely. Again, you will want to duck and cover until you can safely go to these cables and disconnect them from their outlets, defeating the boss.

It is important to note that, if you rush this, the sensors can cause a significant amount of damage.

Dot Matrix

Dot Matrix will come after you if you sprint, so take advantage of all hiding spaces, and remember to walk carefully. You'll want to interact with three of the switches on the floor of the room with the Switch Button item. When you do, an error tone will sound, and an escape route will become clear.

If the Dot Matrix happens to grab you at any point, go into your inventory and use an Ink Cartridge on it!

Cursed Child

This boss is difficult to maneuver around because it spends much of the time invisible. You'll want to hold your flashlight on Doshi at the elevator until he can repair it. This becomes difficult as the Cursed Child gets closer to you and lowers your health. The best advice is to run to the west end of the room and then back around to give yourself time to shine the flashlight.
