How to complete The Missing Farm Tools in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK)

Rolling on the river...

As you dive into the world of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you are likely to stumble on the Lucky Clover Gazette, where you will start a series of quests that will eventually reward you with the Froggy Armor set. One of the side adventures you'll need to complete as part of this questline is called The Missing Farm Tools. If you are having trouble finding or completing it, I can help. Here's what to do.

Before you do anything, you'll need to have talked to both Traysi and Penn at the Lucky Clover Gazette. This will send Penn out to all the other Stable locations across Hyrule to kick of the questline. He can be found at each stable around Hyrule, like at the Tabantha Bridge Stable, where you'll complete White Goats Gone Missing.

The Missing Farm Tools is started by finding Penn at the Wetland Stable. The coordinates of the stable are 0892, -0158, 0025. He'll tell you about a set of implements that have vanished and that Princess Zelda may be involved, then direct you to speak to Izra.

Find Izra on the bank of the nearby river. He thinks he knows where the tools are but wants to go and investigate downriver himself. He needs someone to create and steer a raft for him, apparently.

The body of the raft will be docked for you. I used the nearby Zonai parts, one steering device, and one fan to create the simple raft pictured above. Keep in mind that the bench is where Izra will sit on your journey, so don't attach any parts to it. While there was also a rocket available to me, I thought it would be overkill and make the raft difficult to steer, so I didn't use it.

Once you've built your raft, speak to Izra again and select I can take you! to get started. You'll also need to cut the rope at the front left corner of the raft to set it loose.

I found steering the raft with one fan easier, as I was able to steer around the slight bends in the river. Things will probably go smoother if you have more than one energy cell to power the raft.

When you reach Floret Sandbar, you'll find the tools are just fine. They are still being used to create a flower garden commissioned by Princess Zelda. Penn will fly in to thank you for investigating, then reward you with 50 Rupees.
