Mogawak Shrine is one of those Shrines in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that had me scratching my head in confusion for a good few minutes before I figured out how to beat it. Now, I can help you do the same. Here's the Mogawak Shrine (Power of Water) solution in TotK.

After entering the Shrine, walk down the steps into the open room and go to the right-hand side. You'll see a small stream of water flowing down next to a broken water wheel. Use Link's Ultrahand ability to grab the piece of wood floating in the water here and attach it upright to the top of the water wheel. Then, use Ultrahand again and rotate the wheel so that the stream of water powers it.

You'll notice yellow light has appeared on the wall next to Link. This powers a battery pad on the floor. Return to the middle of the room, where you'll find a battery on the floor. Use Ultrahand to move it onto the battery pad you just activated to power it up.

Take the battery and go up the stairs in the northern section of the room. Hop into the basket and then use Ultrahand once more to place the battery onto a charging pad here. The pad will power the basket and lift you up to the end of the Shrine, where you can receive the Blessing of Light.

There are two chests in Mogawak Shrine, and both are very easy to get. Go to where the water wheel is on the right side of the room and use Ultrahand to grab a chest from the water containing a Magic Scepter.

Once you've charged the battery up, instead of taking it to the charging pad in the north of the room, go to the left side. You'll see a locked gate with a chest behind it and a pool of water. Place the battery on the charging pad here. Then, use Ultrahand to connect the two metal balls in the water, which will create an electric current that powers the gate open. Swim across and grab the Opal from the chest.
